The MSM Went LLL and Now THEY are Just OLD NEWS!

Click above to watch the video.....

I can't help but recall each time he suggests that you can't trust the internet-
THIS STORY!

We must keep in mind that blogs are just like people. They are just like anything else in life. Some good; some bad. They are only a reflection of the person hitting the keys on the other end of our monitors.

Many claim that the internet is full of lies. It is also full of truth. The one thing about blogs is that anything a blogger puts out there is up for immediate scrutiny. No one can walk onto the CBS stage and say, "Excuse me Dan, that's not true."

If a blog puts out misinformation, they will surely flop; or at the very least only attract those that embrace that misinformation.

Does anyone remember the story of the kidnapped G. I. Joe Doll? If it were not for the internet (the blogs), exposing such a ridiculous faux pas, I bet they would have just reported it as a "false report."

I have found that information on the blogs is much easier to fact check- so I prefer the internet for information.

Right now, it is the bloggers that are chasing down the real facts, not the MSM. We are the ones fact checking. We are the ones researching. We are the ones that search for credible sources and ways to corroborate them. We supply links to our facts, so you can check them for yourself.

Right now, they may think they can get away with dismissing us as "internet lies." The internet gets a bad rap. Some of it deserved (porn, etc). But we are denied the applause of the great service we provide by the MAIN STREAM of society.

Just wait though...........

Soon, "internet lies" will no longer get you out of trouble.....

Just wait.......

  • - the blogsphere reminds me of the "baby" parable from the song of Solomon. The woman that lied could not hide her selfish motives from the King when she was willing to have the baby slain rather than give up her cheating ways. The honest mother proves her selfless love by offering the baby up, rather than see it harmed. The net acts in much the same way, except in this case, the immuttable truth springs from its own citizens, acting in Solomons stead.

    - John Kerry realized this quickly enough to understand it was futile to continue proping up his house of lies. No matter which way he danced there would always be some golden source that would smoke him out and expose him. So he never fought that fight, choosing instead to evade. He does that to this day.

    - Dan Rather, to his everlasting detriment, did not, probably never will, understand this and so he paid the ultimate price. Such is the Solomon like power of the blogsphere, both its strength, and at times its weakness. Weakness because there will be times that mistakes are made. It will not always be used as a tool for good. But one thing the net can always be counted on to achieve eventually. The truth like oil will always rise to the surface.....

  • "Just wait, just wait..." makes no sense. Just wait for what? For people to stop lying? Some people will always lie, including those who write blogs (no matter how infrequently they're visited Sherri).

What are we waiting for, exactly?

  • Lies or not I like the fact that we can all share information that we know. I agree that comments made are easily corrected if not true and are quickly agreed on if what I read is what I see as the truth as well.

Has it occurred to you that you are completely incoherent?
Can you put several sentences together that make any sense and maybe actually demand a stand on anything?
