Beth Gaddy Has Miss Mae's Family ESCORTED OUT OF HER ROOM BY GUARDS!

Per Kenneth Mullinax on Glenn Beck:

Miss Mae's family had been REFUSED visitation with Miss Mae. Beth Gaddy, exercising as Miss Mae's guardian, has denied the family the right to visit with her and see her at all!

The family was escorted out by security guards and are now guarding Miss Mae's room.

THIS MUST STOP!

ACTION:
  • Alert media of these events
  • Call Judge Boyd (706) 883-1690, and ask him NICELY to reverse the decision to allow Beth Gaddy to remain as Mae's guardian. Ask him to DO THE RIGHT THING!
  • We need someone willing to research GA law to see if this is permissible.

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!

  • Guardians can "protect" wards under Georgia law--but they can't abuse them. If I were the attorney, I would argue to the probate judge that this is a form of abuse to deny Mae contact with her family (especially the ones who want her to live). This should be grounds for removal.

The judge has great discretion in matters like this. He can remove her--or order that she allow visits and remove the guards.

Ken needs to also get an Alabama lawyer as Mae is in Alabama to try to do an end run. If he is well known in Alabama--he may be able to "home town" Gaddy's attorneys. He may be able to get a court there to assert jurisdiction. Alabama law also gives precedence to siblings in treatment decisions.

  • I have a suggestion. Can we find out the name of the security company? We need to shame them for what they are participating in. There can be no moral justification for Beth Gaddy's cruel actions and the security company's participation. They need to get really bad press about this.

  • Just when you think things are staightened out a new twist from that twisted author of death Satan himself. Pray for Beth that her heart does not stay so hard and for Mae that she is guarded by angels also.

  • I thought, according to Judge Boyd, that the granddaughter's emergency guardianship expired last Monday?

  • Tyrants all use the same method. If they can isolate you they can do anything they want. Mae needs the light to shine on what's happening to her. Looks like Miss Gaddy want's everything done behind closed doors.

  • Dont blam this on the security company they are just doing their job. I mean after all the job of a hospital security company is to do what the family and patient need them to do for security. I believe that this situation is wrong and the family should not be denied but the security company is just doing their job.
