FILING FOR VISITION!

BREAKING DEVELOPMENT

Tomorrow morning, Attorney Jack Kirby of LaGrange, Ga., will file a motion before Judge Boyd, on behalf of A. B. McLeod, which will ask the Judge to order Beth Gaddy to allow her Grandmother's brother and sister (A. B. McLeod, Lonnie Ruth Mullinax) visitation rights at UAB Hospital.

  • Just viewed Ken M. on Hannity and Colmes (FOX cable news network). . . If I understand correctly, Beth Gaddy still hasn't allowed the family to visit with Mae. Ken mentioned that his mom (Mae's sister) suffered a "catastrophic heart attack" on Thursday when she learned of Mae's circumstances.

How can Beth live with herself? Beth's controlling behavior is extremely damaging. I pray that she opens her heart and realizes that both Mae and her sister can only benefit from the support of the entire family. Beth has got to realize that "her way" has only caused serious injury so far.

It is 9:30 pm EST here . . .does anyone know if this program is taped ahead of time?

Did attorney Kirby manage to get a hearing re: the guardianship/visitation issue today?

I hope the judge sees that this family needs his assistance in healing the rift . . .assign a neutral party to take over the guardianship for Mae and allow Mae to receive the support her family wants to give.

  • There is a very valid reason why Ken and the remaining family members must be allowed to visit with Mae and get critical updates about her medical treatment.

As soon as Mae is able, she should be speaking for herself. No power of attorney should give Beth (or anyone else) the absolute control to bar Mae from resuming control of her own life decisions.
