As I realize this headline should be EXPECTED in today's world, why do I hesitate to believe it? Does this mean that I just can't fathom this as a reality? Are the political scare tactics and rhetoric at such a high pitch that we just don't take this seriously? Are the images of 9/11 hidden from us so well for so long that we have forgotten the feelings we had that day? Or is it that we have done so well in the War on Terror that we just don't think they could pull it off? It's not like we doubt this is what they want to do to us. Or do we just feel invinsible? Or do we just not trust anything these terrorists say?

Paul L. Williams, who is apparently Joseph Farah's one and only source for this story, made the same claim in another book ("Osama's Revenge") over a year ago. Williams has also made insane claims about the Catholic church, such as that Pope John XXIII was not elected and that Pope John Paul I was murdered by the Cardinals. The guy sounds like a loon to me. I wouldn't worry unless someone else starts saying the same stuff.

Now, for an on-topic comment (just to prove to you people I can make one): I talked to a gentleman who's marrying a friend of mine in Houston the other day. This gentleman works for Homeland Security, and he believes that the attack will come sometime in the next 18 months.
Somehow, I doubt that's on the National Enquirer's radar.
Now, I'd really like his analysis to be wrong and us not suffer an attack like this, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. So I'd rather Farah say it's coming and be wrong, rather than him say it's not coming and be wrong.

With the present situation, there is no room for anyone to bee skeptical about anything. I feel that if they say there is a threat, then there is a good chance that it may be true. Our generation has never seen anything such as 9/11. I feel that it may be true. Everything else happens to get across the Mexican border......
