The American Hiroshima?

Al-Qaida nukes already in U.S.
Terrorists, bombs smuggled across Mexico border by MS-13 gangsters

WASHINGTON – As London recovers from the latest deadly al-Qaida attack that killed at least 50, top U.S. government officials are contemplating what they consider to be an inevitable and much bigger assault on America – one likely to kill millions, destroy the economy and fundamentally alter the course of history, reports
Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.

According to captured al-Qaida leaders and documents, the plan is called the "American Hiroshima" and involves the multiple detonation of nuclear weapons already smuggled into the U.S. over the Mexican border with the help of the MS-13 street gang and other organized crime groups.......

Read it all!

As I realize this headline should be EXPECTED in today's world, why do I hesitate to believe it? Does this mean that I just can't fathom this as a reality? Are the political scare tactics and rhetoric at such a high pitch that we just don't take this seriously? Are the images of 9/11 hidden from us so well for so long that we have forgotten the feelings we had that day? Or is it that we have done so well in the War on Terror that we just don't think they could pull it off? It's not like we doubt this is what they want to do to us. Or do we just feel invinsible? Or do we just not trust anything these terrorists say?

  • Frankly, the Enquirer produces more credible stories than the G2 Bulletin.

By Anonymous hi, at 10:55 PM

  • Paul L. Williams, who is apparently Joseph Farah's one and only source for this story, made the same claim in another book ("Osama's Revenge") over a year ago. Williams has also made insane claims about the Catholic church, such as that Pope John XXIII was not elected and that Pope John Paul I was murdered by the Cardinals. The guy sounds like a loon to me. I wouldn't worry unless someone else starts saying the same stuff.

  • hey there Sherri, k how i see it .. lol go with your gut instinct

Al q - come out come out where ever you are .. the people are on to us .. we need more id, more freedoms taken away , and on and on - no hide from them that codex will pass thru house this week with out them knowing it

    hope you are good Sherri

  • I agree that it seems realy out there. But I have to say I would have thought 9/11 could not happen.
It is sad but I think you have to check into it because here it truely is better safe then sorry.

  • where did our buddy go?

By Anonymous Stan, at 9:29 PM

  • - The good news is that our own security people have been on this like a cheap suit since the early 60's when it first was leaked by a KGB mole. They've never found a shred of evidence that it was ever actually attempted, although their certainly were several official plans within the Kremlin to do the deed.... The bad news is that people may take that as a reason to let down our guard which we cannot afford to do.....

By Blogger Big Bang Hunter, at 12:36 AM

  • That is precisely why Farah is a disservice...as the master at crying wolf (in the pursuit of profit, of course).

By Anonymous hi, at 12:53 AM

  • where did our buddy go?

He's retreated back to his own blog. He realized his schtick wasn't going to work on SOWS.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 2:40 AM

  • More good news is that nuvlear weapons degrade-- fairly rapidly. The Unitesd States employs hundreds of people with PhD.s to monitor our weapons. Any Soviet-era nukes are unlikely to be in working condition today. Nukes by more primitive countries are not going to be small enough to smuggle.

Not to say that you shouldn't nurse a shred of terror in the corner of your soul.

By Blogger levi from queens, at 12:29 PM

  • On the value of WND -- I read it daily, because I learn things there that are uncovered in the MSM. Nonetheless, Farah has a very broad truth-filter; when he posts items that seem far-fetched I look for confirmation by a more sober source.

By Blogger levi from queens, at 12:30 PM

  • OT

An interesting article on Foxnews about Frist and how he (mis)handled the Schiavo legislation.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 9:32 PM

  • He's retreated back to his own blog.

You wish, chumpzilla. Still hiding behind mommy's skirt, I see.

He realized his schtick wasn't going to work on SOWS.

People's Exhibit Numero Uno (a little Spanish lingo, there) about why you're not deserving of much (if any) respect: You can't even get the acronym of this blog's name right!!! (chortle)

    Oh...excuse me - LOL!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Now, for an on-topic comment (just to prove to you people I can make one): I talked to a gentleman who's marrying a friend of mine in Houston the other day. This gentleman works for Homeland Security, and he believes that the attack will come sometime in the next 18 months.

Somehow, I doubt that's on the National Enquirer's radar.

Now, I'd really like his analysis to be wrong and us not suffer an attack like this, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. So I'd rather Farah say it's coming and be wrong, rather than him say it's not coming and be wrong.

  • 1) You've stopped your immature cussing

    2) You've stopped your ridiculously transparent "fly to Texas and say it to my face, if I happen to be home and not carrying my gun" schtick.

So, like that big banner behind our Command in Chief said, Mission Accomplished, old man.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 2:21 AM

  • You do realize, don't you our dear geezer, that you just made a "friend of a friend" argument. And do tell us, how you're now safe, rather than sorry, after reading the article. Are you better prepared to deal with radiation? Rhetorical question, of course, since you probably will have expired within 18 months anyway. LOL.

  • Here is a followup WND story. LINK

By Blogger levi from queens, at 7:20 AM

  • 12 stories up from that last link is a WND story about Bigfoot being spotted. No joke.

    And while WND wrote this:

The men said some evidence was left, including a footprint about twice the size of a human print

    The Edmonton Star wrote this:

Fish & Wildlife officers took a plaster cast of the markings - which Leare said looked more like two bumps in the soil than a footprint - for training purposes.

By Anonymous hi, at 11:56 AM

  • UGH!!!!
I hate to say it lol but I agree with spatula. Way better safe then sorry. I am by no means a racist but we really need to close our borders. This is a time of war and we can not let ANYONE into the USA. This may be crap but are you willing to just pass it by? We are way way to politicaly correct!!! I know you want a better life. I don't blame you, BUT we need to start to think about US!!! We make it way to easy for people to come here and set up these "cells". Lock the doors and check into any lead we can this has got to stop. We make it way to easy for these people to "set up shop!!

By Anonymous Spoon Girl, at 7:33 PM

  • P.S. The MSM needs to get out of the war!!!!!!!!!!! 5 minutes ago this A-hole tried to kill YOUR son or daughter and his budiies but yet we must be kind to them????? Piss on that. Do what you want to them because if he had a chance he would do it to you. I don't like when people BASH our government but in this case they are forced to punish those who treat these bastard like the crap that they are because the MSM say oooohhh ahhh ahhh they were mean!!!! SO WHAT!!!!!!! you go out there and send you child and see if you care about them!!!!!

SOrry about the rant it just pisses me off lol!!!

By Anonymous Spoon Girl, at 7:41 PM

  • PSS I hade alot of wine tonight.

By Anonymous Spoon Girl, at 7:44 PM

  • The bad part is WND is more accurate than our the MSM. The good part is that chasing down those nukes and terrorists is priority number one.

By Blogger Alnot, at 11:58 PM

I got the following e-mail from Sherri this morning --

I lost my internet connection due to storms last week- knocked out my cordless phones so I have to be chained to the wall!

I am using a friends computer right now.

I am so glad you wrote,...

I have a friend coming over this weekend to try and help me fix my computer- so I hope to be back in the game then!

I really don't think ANY of us want to be associated with such a complete and utter idiot.

Sherri was wise to erase the thread from the other day.

By Anonymous Spoon girl, at 4:01 AM

  • Spoon girl, you are right. He is a drooling, knee-jerk cretin, and a coward of the yellowest stripe. I think there may be some mental health issues at play here, too.

We should all stay as far away from him as we can. The authorities will have to deal with him sooner or later ( the ones with the buttefly nets, LOL!).

  • With the present situation, there is no room for anyone to bee skeptical about anything. I feel that if they say there is a threat, then there is a good chance that it may be true. Our generation has never seen anything such as 9/11. I feel that it may be true. Everything else happens to get across the Mexican border......
