  • What can Jeb Bush legally do? If he had the legal authority to do something, I think that he would have done it.

  • He can always do something illegal and leave it to the courts to decide his fate later. Whether he's willing to take that risk is a very personal decision, of course, and it's hard to truly place yourself in his shoes.

    If Jeb acts now, it would be a direct showdown against the other two branches of power in his state. Would you make a move like that?

    Hadi said DCF must file a petition to remove Terri Schiavo from the Pinellas Park, Fla., hospice but could take action without judicial approval if the department believes it's warranted.

    The law says emergency medical treatment can be given to the vulnerable adult as long as "such treatment does not violate a known health care advance directive prepared by the vulnerable adult."

  • Jeb Bush has done all he can. You don't need to keep contacting his office. He is on Terris' side.It looks like it is probably over for her.It is in Gods' hands. I know how upset most everyone on this site are. I suggest you read The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren. It may help make some sense of why this is happening.
