  • Is there ANY WAY that civil intervention/disobediance can somehow result in the reconnection of the tube? Through some convoluted series of events, even. This is the final stretch and direct civil action is needed.

    Wilson (a Clinton appointee) was the dissenter. The Bush appointee ruled with the majority to deny injunctive relief.

  • Michael Schiavo has multiple listings in Florida... as does Marjory Schiavo listed at same address! you can look up at sun biz.org at Florida Dept. To see for yourself.
    Jerger and Centonze Insurance Agency LLC
    lists Marjory Schiavo as Secretary and Michael as director then there is a whole page of corp. under Marjory -- Is Jody 9 (his common law wife)Marjory?

    I have to be honest, I am not sure what all of that means in reference to Terri. I have not researched ANY of that...

    It may be VERY significant, but I have not heard much about it from those sources that are eager to overturn overy rock and search every knook and cranny for unjustice for Terri.....

    WIsh I was more help for you on that, but I just haven't had time to research that facet of things....

    Just did a radio show... as a guest.. they plugged my blog-- HARD (it was GREAT) I got to answer caller's questions and everything...

    still waiting for news on my grandma....

    my daughter wrote a note saying that she is upposed to take the bus home everyday for the rest of the year. gave it to her teachers and said that I wrote it! SHE IS 6!!!

    LOL!!

    they thought it was hilarious! called me to tell me about it. Of course they explained to her this was lying... she insisted that I wrote it-- OH MY!

  • Judges have POWER and they want to keep it. NOBODY no legislature, no President is going to tell the Judiciary what to do. They are our masters. Get used to it!
