Devastating news!

Court refuses to order the feeding tube re-inserted.......

FoxNews provides the story with few details.

  • Sadly, it is what I expected.

  • Sherri, I believe you (of course) but I can't find a news item on this yet. Have you heard this through your personal sources?

Is the *only* avenue left an appeal to the SCOTUS?

  • Never I see the ticker on Fox News Channel. So the Supreme Court is next?

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 2:43 AM

  • reports it without a story.

By Blogger Right Wing Nut Job, at 2:43 AM

  • Is there ANY WAY that civil intervention/disobediance can somehow result in the reconnection of the tube? Through some convoluted series of events, even. This is the final stretch and direct civil action is needed.

  • It was a 2-1 decision. Was it, predictably, the 2 Clinton appointees vs. the 1 GHWB appointee?

    From that article:
A man who answered Bob Schindler's cellular phone declined comment Wednesday.

Why the heck is the AP directly calling Bob Schindler on this? That is cruel.

  • I was wrong.

Wilson (a Clinton appointee) was the dissenter. The Bush appointee ruled with the majority to deny injunctive relief.

  • Quoted Fox News: But in the dissenting opinion, Judge Charles R. Wilson expressed concern that Schiavo's "imminent" death would end the case before it could be fully considered. "In fact, I fail to see any harm in reinserting the feeding tube," he wrote.

  • The full ruling is here, in case you haven't seen it:

  • Sherri, why does Michael and Jody have multiple corporations set up that are in active ???? what does this mean?

I.E. Jerger and Corzine Insurance Agency

  • Michael Schiavo has multiple listings in Florida... as does Marjory Schiavo listed at same address! you can look up at sun at Florida Dept. To see for yourself.
Jerger and Centonze Insurance Agency LLC
lists Marjory Schiavo as Secretary and Michael as director then there is a whole page of corp. under Marjory -- Is Jody 9 (his common law wife)Marjory?

I have to be honest, I am not sure what all of that means in reference to Terri. I have not researched ANY of that...

It may be VERY significant, but I have not heard much about it from those sources that are eager to overturn overy rock and search every knook and cranny for unjustice for Terri.....

WIsh I was more help for you on that, but I just haven't had time to research that facet of things....

  • I am so sick with this. Sure looks like scumbag adulterer husband knew who to look for when starting legal killing procedings.

  • Per the story -- Justice Kennedy has the authority, on his own, to order that Terri be allowed to drink and eat. Please pray for light in his soul.

  • Judges have POWER and they want to keep it. NOBODY no legislature, no President is going to tell the Judiciary what to do. They are our masters. Get used to it!
