George & Jeb Bush have the legal power and authority to save Terri

On Good Friday, March 25, 2005, four legal experts joined forces to lay out a legal strategy to urge the President of the United States and the Governor of Florida to take action and save the life of Terri Schiavo.

Listen to interview with Dr.'s Steven Krason and Brian Scarnecchia HERE.

Documents Conveying the Legal Authority of the Executive Branch to Save Terri Schiavo Through Direct Intervention.

The documents listed in the two links below were sent to Governor Jeb Bush in an attempt to assure him that he was well within his constitutional authority to act on behalf of Terri Schiavo. The first is a letter of introduction to the second, which is a chapter from Dr. Steve Krason's Book, "The Public Order and the Sacred Order." Both spell out clearly that both the President of the United States and the Governor of Florida are well within their authority to act on behalf of terri Schiavo to save her life.

  • I think Jeb is too scared of Gov Greer.

  • Let's hope this works. Jeb says he's been scouring FL statutes for something that will allow him to rescue Terri, so I think he's open to ideas, but he seems to believe he doesn't have that kind of power.

  • Dr. Krason argues that Jeb doesn't have to listen to Greer. A gaping hole there is that the injunction issue was appealed to the FL Supreme Court a few days ago, and it affirmed Greer. So the proper argument is really Jeb vs. the FL Supreme Court.

  • I know we all heard this story last week. Greer is not going to change his mind over this.As much as I would like to think Jeb Bush has the power to do something,he really doesn't. Hes' not afraid of Greer, he can't do what we would like. The only thing I think he might be able to do is instruct the Dept. to say new evidence has come up and try to take her out. Unfortunately I think the guards would prevent this.I'm afraid that the damage to Terri is already too much. Her organs are shutting down. God have mercy on her soul and those who conspired to take her life.

  • Whatever, nice try. Greer is a good man, too good to use for your pro-ife platfom. This is Terri's life here, please do not treat her end like the conklin carnival. God speed Terri, you will be home soon! Jeb and his brother,George do not own this country! Bring your plight to the supreme court, you will lose! Everyonr wants their fifteen minutes of fame at Terri's expense. Rot in hell, you zealot's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Terri has been tortured for 15 years, her brain is too damaged to ever have any kind of life,no doctor can replace or rehab a portion of missing brain tissue, let her go.

  • I learned on BFT that Florida agencies have attempted to intervene but have been told by the local police that unless they have the judge with them, they won't be able to get in. The local police have vowed to uphold the judge's injunctions. At this point, it seems like any forceful attempts to save her life will result in violence. I can understand the hesitation.
