EMERGENCY PLEA TO FEED TERRI: DENIED!
This will kick the case into the arena of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta. This court in Atlanta has ALREADY received a brief on this case from attorney Gibbs (according to sources).
I expect the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta to be of NO HELP, but even if it is- this would only be a TEMPORARY victory for Terri.

I am glad to hear that you are hopeful about the Atlanta court being of some help.
THe Florida Senate is KEY on this too.
This would protect a LOT of people if passed....

Carla Sauer Iyer, former nurse for Terri, was just on FOX News and told how diabolical Michael was, that he tried to kill Terri and how Terri talked, was able to eat pudding, jello other foods, sat at the nurses station and interacted with staff and visitors. Judge Whittemore and the FL legislature have somehow got to hear what Iyer has to say and take action to save Terri. All of this has been rumored, now it has been put out in the open. Someone has got to do something NOW.

Whittemore is still the presiding judge over the full federal case, right? The only thing being appealed to the 11th Circuit Court is the denial of TRO?
