HYSTERICAL HYPOCRISY!!! HYSTERICAL!!!!

One of my sources sent me a link to the following site. When I went to the site, I started looking for information I needed for a different piece I am working on. What I found left me in stitches with laughter!

I found this post on Democrats.com Unity: The Aggressive Progressives

Republican hypocricy and Fascim begins in the 109th.....

Listening to these Republican criminals try to ram through rule changes that will effectively lead to a one party fascist state. I have a suggesttion, no plea to any progressive living in a red state. Since the vast majority of red staters vote "party line" without knowing (bad word) about what is going on, Do this, change your registration to REPUBLICAN. Then run for office by continually beating the drum of hypocricy, lies and unethical behavior of the sitting Republican you are running against. Just start with todays debate and vote on the ethics rules. Run and get elected as a Republican in a red state, then vote progressive in your duties.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!

ABSOLUTLEY UNBELIEVABLE!!!

This brian@takebackamerica.us is whining about HYPOCRISY!!! He is telling others to FAKE who they are and LIE about who they are, and then attack the Republican for "hypocrisy, lies, and unethical behavior!"

LOL!!!!

Oh-- thank you Brian, thank you!!!!

MUAH!! I really enjoy a good laugh on Sunday!

By the way, stop in at my source's blog, Laura, and say HELLO! She JUST started her own blog and I would love to have ya'll give her a hearty welcome.

  • The Republican party is being straigt forward about what type of government it has outlayed for the people. Many might not like it but if can keep my earned income in my pockets then they wont get an argument out of me. Democrats continuously spend our tax dollars on program that might benefit most of the american payers. There is hypocracy on both parties, but americans will eventually see the truth and there might eventually be a one party facism.

but americans will eventually see the truth and there might eventually be a one party facism.Do you mind defining FASCISM????

I think if you look it up-- you may be surprised to find that you made this statement.

Don't be discouraged-- this is good-- the fact that you made the statement and are HERE-- is a good thing. This is where your reading this blog and staying aware of things si soooo important. MANY-- MANY MANY MANY-- AMericans throw this word around- especially accusing the Republicans of it--but have NO IDEA what the true definition of fascism is.

If they did-- they would QUICKLY realize that the OBJECTIVES of the Republicans and the objectives of the Democrats are clearly geared towards or against the very form of government that FASCISM is.

Andrew-- Take a look. Which party is more aligned with Fascism?

The word is OFTEN used to incite-- not actually move anywhere. It is the mere use of a word that people know to be a "scare" word- so they throw it out there to incite fear or dislike-- when in actuality-- it is being used like propaganda-- to further a LIE!

Please take the time to chekc this out!!!!

Thanks for posting this and bringing up this VERY important point!

  • I'll tell you this much, I've never seen the word "Hypocrisy" used so much in one place. Before today, I couldn't spell the word, now look how far I've come. Thank you.

  • I didn't mention this in my original post-- but I do think it is interesting how "brian" throws the word fascism around and can't even SPELL IT! Check the Title--- I find it hard to believe that he has a clue- considering he can't even spell the word- I doubt he could BEGIN to define it. If he could-- he may have to take a second look at his own ideology.......

Naaaaaaaaah! That wouldn't be much fun, then we'd miss out on all the HYPOCRISY!

  • Sherri, you shouldn't be surprised by this kind of Democratic behavior. Republicans generally follow the line of "its not whether you win or lose, its how you play the game" and Democrats are more aligned with the "win at all cost" school of thought. Let's review: Bill Clinton was elected with more electoral votes but he did not win the popular vote. George W. Bush was elected in the same manner for his first term. Look at how the two sides dealt with defeat. George H.W. Bush gracefully congratulated his successor. Al Gore through our country into turmoil and did everything he could to basically abdicate our electoral process! The one thing I will say is at least John Kerry accepted defeat and didn't try to argue the entire process (which has been the same for the past 200+ years) was flawed because he lost!

For instance, do you really think it's spelled REDICULOUS? (I love how you capitialized your misspelling too).

I guess you've just sanctioned ad hominem attacks on your blog.

they seem to have mind setting to me that they want to keep the poor down and allow the rich to get richer. But this is only my thought of it. If I could I would love to have less government in my money and life but this is america they think they run everything.Do you mind giving an example of where the Republicans try and keep the poor down? I'm BEGGING! Becasue I can give you ONE GREAT REASON WHY IT IS THE DEMOCRATS WHO TRULY WANT TO DO THIS!

You say it is your "thought"-- Where do you get this thought??

ANd WHO thinks they run everything???????

    Honestly seeking an answer......

  • Your post points out the biggest danger from the left. The successful lefties are the ones who hide their true beliefs. Clinton got ahead by pretending to be conservative or moderate.

I just purchased a book called Transitions, in which the author (Will Durant) describes his experience in training to become a priest. Before he entered the priesthood, he had lost his faith and had adopted socialism, atheism and secular humanism. His friend advised him to become a priest anyway, as that was the best path to undermining Christianity. Durant chose not to do this, but his friend did exactly that (this happened a century ago).

My belief is that these two weren't the only ones tempted to devote their lives to a lie for the sake of rotting out our institutions from within. That is why there are so many leftist clergy. The hypocrite you quoted from is doing what leftists commonly do.

  • RWNJ your post states the obvious in a most elegant and diplomatic manner. That's not to say you are aways 'kid gloves'.
"You have the power to change all of this, believe it or not. That is the beauty of the Constitution and the Republic. Talk to the people you know, love, and trust. Not me, not Sherri, but those dear to you. Don't listen to the organized autocrats. Don't let various leaders speak for you. They generally serve only themselves and feed their own power."
Hear, hear. It can be painful, difficult, a bit scary to put your voice out there for others to criticize, but it is necessary for personal growth, for learning, for change. I agree whole heartedly that whether or not we like or dislike our sitting President; it is our responsibility as Americans to give our support once the choice is determined. Voicing opinion is one thing...but should it be in such a way as to cause more harm than good?
I seem to recall this discussion in class last Thursday.
Like yelling "Fire!" in the theatre...when there is none. (Thank you Prof.)
Rather than create panic and outrage, if there are things that we find unappealing, then let us gather that "collective voice" and wield it with well grounded, well supported, intent. To quote RWNJ again, "Be polite, be kind, and be civil. You will catch more flies with honey than with vinegar."...of course! Ah diplomacy! For are we not civil, educated, intelligent individuals all? ...or should we not at least strive to be so?
